Transactional Funding For Shortsales and Reo Packages

Transactional Funding is a 1-Day "Bridge" loan that consumates the first transaction allowing you to immediately close with your end-buyer.
We will fund 100% of the funds you need to purchase in the A to B transaction and then we'll collect our payoff in the B to C transaction so you won't need to bring any money to closing.


Our only requirements are...1) Both your A to B and B to C transactions must close the same day and at the same title/escrow company.2) Our title company must be used to control escrow on any tranaction over $500,000; however your title company can be used for title work, title insurance, doc preparation and closing.

We simply ask that when you're within a week's time of closing, you submit our Funding Request Form so we can allocate the required funds for your closing.
